Pengumuman – PENG-49/PJ/1995

Sehubungan dengan berlakunya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 7 Tahun 1995 tentang Perubahan Tarif Bea Meterai dengan ini diumumkan sebagai berikut :
Terhitung sejak tanggal 16 Mei 1995, dokumen yang semula terutang Bea Meterai sebesar Rp. 500,- berubah menjadi Rp. 1.000,- dan yang semula terutang sebesar Rp. 1.000,- berubah menjadi Rp. 2.000,-.

  • Sampai batas waktu yang akan ditentukan kemudian, pelunasan Bea Meterai dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan benda meterai lama maupun baru dengan cara sebagai berikut :
    1. Menggunakan Meterai Tempel lama sesuai dengan besarnya bea terutang.
      Misalnya : terutang Rp. 2.000,- dapat dilunasi dengan menempelkan dua lembar meterai Rp. 1.000,- atau empat lembar meterai Rp. 500,-
    2. Menambahkan Meterai Tempel lama pada Kertas Bermeterai lama.
    3. Menggunakan Meterai Tempel baru pada Kertas Bermeterai baru.
    4. Menggunakan Meterai Tempel lama dan baru.
    5. Menambahkan Meterai Tempel baru pada Kertas Bermeterai lama.
    6. Penambahan bea meterai atas cek dan dokumen perbankan lainnya, sesuai dengan ketentuan Bank Indonesia.

  • Penjelasan lebih lanjut dapat diperoleh di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak atau Kantor Penyuluhan Pajak setempat.
